At Carson Wach LLC, we allow exchanges for full-priced, unused merchandise within 7 days of receiving your online order. The merchandise must have its original tags and packaging, and be free of wear or washing.
Please note that sale items and undergarments are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Carson Wach LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement for international purchases.
After 7 days from the order receipt date, all sales are final.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the merchandise back. We will provide a shipping label via email.
Allow 7 business days for processing of your refund. Refunds may be denied if the returned merchandise does not comply with our return policy.

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Residents of California will pay state tax on their purchase (10.25%).
Packages shipped through DHL and UPS are insured. Orders shipped through USPS are not insured.
Carson Wach LLC cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, which must be addressed directly with the shipping company.
International orders are estimated to arrive within 10 to 15 days after being processed by the carrier, which typically occurs 2 to 3 business days after receipt of carsonwach.com confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes, which vary based on their country of residence. Carson Wach LLC is not liable for these charges and must abide by all international import/export regulations.
In the event that a shipment is refused, customers will be responsible for the original shipping fees, as well as any duties, taxes, customs charges, and return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from their merchandise refund. The shipping carrier for international orders is chosen by the customer at checkout and can be selected from the options USPS, UPS, or DHL.
